Secure Wedding planners if you choose to use one.
Contract Officiant, Band, Florist, Photographer.
Establish overnight accommodation needs.
Meet with the planner and hotel representatives.
Schedule tastings to confirm selections.
Spa and salon appointments.
Confirm event layout and timeline.
Invite your guests to share your love at your venue!
Confirm guest attendance and accommodations
Review celebration timeline.
Finalize seating arrangements.
